Your student may already have money waiting for college or career training!

CalKIDS is a California program that provides eligible public school students with money for education after high school. Eligible students may have $500 to $1,500 in a CalKIDS account.

There is no essay, GPA requirement, or scholarship application. Families simply need to check if their student has an account and claim it.

To check, you will need your student's 10-digit Statewide Student Identifier (SSID). If you do not know your student's SSID, please email or stop by your school office to request it.
